1. Agreement

By using Parlata you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your Shopify store and the content published through Parlata. You must approve every review before it is published.

You may not use Parlata to collect reviews in a deceptive manner, impersonate customers, or publish content that violates applicable law.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. We accept standard credit cards via Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

Parlata is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
